Refund Policy

1. Hardware Returns

Guardian OÜ accepts returns of unused hardware components within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and undamaged.

2. Subscription Refunds

Subscription services are billed in advance. While we don't provide partial refunds for unused periods, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Damaged Items

If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for replacement or full refund as appropriate.
