2. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free for all orders within Estonia. For international shipments, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

3. Delivery Times

Typical delivery times are 2-3 business days within Estonia and 5-7 business days for other EU countries. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

4. Order Tracking

All shipments include tracking capabilities. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

5. Damaged Items

If you receive damaged items, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for replacement or refund as appropriate.
